The survey request details page shows the current status and the date each status was reached.
📋 Status Details
Security surveys progress through the following statuses, from request to completion. Each status, along with the meaning of its associated date, is described below.

Request Received
Your security survey has been submitted and is currently under review by the Security Assessment Support Team. The date displayed is when the survey was submitted.

Contact from Assured
After the Security Assessment Support Team reviews your request, they send the survey request to the respondent. The date displayed is when the initial notification was sent to the respondent.

Provider agreed
The respondent has accepted the survey and is preparing to begin responding. The date displayed is when the respondent started entering responses.

Response
The respondent is currently working on the survey. Once the respondent submits the survey for review, the submission date is displayed.
💡 Reminder emails are sent twice: once between 2 days before and 3 days after the response deadline, and again approximately 5 business days after the deadline.

Assured Review
The submitted responses are being reviewed by the Security Assessment Support Team.
If the responses are consistent and no revisions are needed, the status changes to "Complete." If there are inconsistencies or items requiring revision, the status changes to "Resubmission."

Resubmission
The respondent is addressing the revision requests from the Security Assessment Support Team. Once the revisions are submitted, the new submission date is displayed.
💡 Reminder emails are sent twice: once between 3 days and 1 day before the resubmission deadline, and again approximately 5 business days after the deadline.

Complete
The Security Assessment Support Team has finished reviewing the responses and preparing assessment notes. The date displayed is when the assessment results were delivered.

Submission
The act of creating and submitting a security survey request. When you submit a request on Assured, the initial status is "Request Received."

Response Deadline
By default, set to 8 business days after the Security Assessment Support Team sends the initial notification to the respondent.

Resubmission Deadline
Set to 3 business days after the Security Assessment Support Team sends a revision request. This deadline is set when the Assured Review identifies items requiring revision in the responses.

Reminder Notification
Reminder emails sent by the Security Assessment Support Team to the respondent based on progress toward the response or resubmission deadline. Sent twice: once near the deadline and once after the deadline has passed.

Assured Review
The process in which the Security Assessment Support Team reviews the submitted responses to check for inconsistencies or omissions. The "Assured Review" status indicates that this process is in progress.

Assessment Notes
Evaluations and comments prepared by the Security Assessment Support Team based on the responses. These are provided to your company as part of the deliverables.

Delivery
Once the Security Assessment Support Team finishes reviewing responses and preparing assessment notes, the survey results are delivered to your company. The status changes to "Complete" upon delivery.
