Requesting an extension for the response deadline
The deadline for responding to the survey is set by the requesting company.
If you cannot meet the deadline, please contact the requesting company directly to inform them.
Responding with multiple users
Due to system specifications, it is not possible for multiple users to answer the same survey.
Changing the designated respondent
The respondent for the survey is designated by the requesting company.
If you wish to change the designated respondent, please contact the Support Office with the following information.
