Additionally, by updating your Assessments, you can provide the latest information to companies you have responded to in the past.
1. Regarding the Content of Your Responses
When responding to requests, please base your answers on the specific rules, organizational structures, and tool environments that apply generally to the business operations being assessed (e.g., custom development, maintenance/operation of specific services, or packaged support services).
If there are any measures implemented exclusively or dedicated environments used for specific transactions or contracts with a requesting company, these should be provided as separate supplementary information.
2. Important Notes on Responding
① Since responses are shared with companies you have responded to in the past as well as those you will respond to in the future, please do not include specific company names, department names, case studies, or any information that could identify a particular entity.
② When documenting special security measures for a specific requesting company, please enter them in the "Company-Specific Remarks" section on the request details screen.
③ When the content of Assessments is updated, a notification will be sent to the requesting companies linked to those updated Assessments.
