This guide explains the process of inviting another user from a partner company's user account.
1. Access the User List Screen
Click "User Management" from the left menu to access the User List screen, and click "Invite User" in the upper right corner of the header.
2. Submit the User Invitation Form
On the User Invitation form that appears, enter the first and last name and email address of the user you wish to invite, select their role (permissions) and display language, and click "Invite User".

3. You are all set!
When you invite a user, a registration invitation email will be sent to the entered email address. The user should complete their registration via the registration URL in the invitation email.
Please note that the invitation email is valid for one week.
💭 What if I want to invite multiple users at once?
Open the User Invitation form and click "Invite Multiple Users".
Enter the multiple email addresses you wish to invite, one per line, set the role and language, and click "Invite Users".
💡 You do not need to enter names when sending invitations. Invited users will fill in the form themselves when they register.
💭 What if I want to cancel a user invitation?
While a user's invitation is pending, you can resend the invitation email or cancel the invitation from the user's Details screen.
💭 Can I delete a registered user after inviting them?
You can delete a registered user from the user's Details screen.
